An inadmissible passenger is someone who is not or will not be allowed to enter a country by the authorities. A traveler must comply with the entry requirements of the country he is traveling to. This condition usually includes passport, visa or other entry documents.

In some cases, passengers cannot meet these conditions.  And in some cases, they may not be allowed to enter the country for other reasons determined by the border police. In these cases, the person is considered an inadmissible passenger and the passenger is returned to the location where the travel began.

Unacceptable passenger criteria are generally classified into three categories. Passengers who do not have the appropriate documents, passengers whose travel documents are fake and passengers with other reasons for rejection (insufficient financial resources of the passenger, information in the database, etc.)

The passenger who is not accepted is given the right to file a lawsuit within 60 days from the notification of the document stating that the passenger is accepted. As a result of this lawsuit filed against an unfair rejection decision, the passenger’s entry ban is lifted.
