Lara Banu Eker

Att. Lara Banu Eker completed her academic education at Bahcesehir University Faculty of Law and her high school education at Yesilkoy Anatolian High School and Adnan Menderes Anatolian High School, respectively. Ms. Eker, who took law courses in both Turkish and English during her academic education, has also worked in both domestic and international law firms in her business life. During her time working for the business partner of a consultancy company operating in the United States in Turkey, she gained experience mainly in the areas of Corporate-Commercial & Real Estate Law and published articles in Turkish and English. In addition, she gained experience in the areas of petition writing techniques, Commercial, Real Estate, Enforcement-Bankruptcy, Family and Criminal Law during her internship period under the supervision of the former president of the Istanbul Commercial Court. Following her studies here, Ms. Eker worked in a law firm that mainly provided Foreign Investments and Real Estate Law services. She also provided voluntary translator services on Women’s Rights and Human Rights and attended various conferences. She speaks English on advanced and Turkish on native.

Ayşe Begüm Türkoğlu

Att. Ayşe Begüm Türkoğlu obtained her Bachelor’s Degree from the Faculty of Law at Bahcesehir University. Following her Legal Traineeship, she obtained her Master’s degree in International Commercial Law from Brunel University, London. Miss Türkoğlu pursued both International and Turkish Law courses during her academic studies. She has refined her international law and language competencies during her studies at Brunel University, London. Subsequently, she participated in litigation and consultancy services in one of the most reputable law firms in Istanbul as an attorney.  She primarily gained experience in the field of Contracts Law, Labor Law and Company Law. During her time at that law company, she performed the duties of a representative and counsellor for one of the Turkey’s most well-known, largest, and renowned “Company Group.” Furthermore, she participated in the finalization and signing of contracts. Additionally, she successfully handled labor concerns for firms. She took an active role at every stage of any case involving a foreign element or foreign personnel, thanks to her English fluency. She speaks English on advanced and Turkish on native.

Berkin Eker

As a legal trainee in our team, Berkin Eker currently continuing his education at Istanbul Kultur University Faculty of Law and completed his high school education at Yesilkoy Anatolian High School and Dogan Cuceloglu Science High School. He provides legal support to our team in the preparation of lawsuit petitions and contracts, written consultancy, and Turkish-English legal translation. He speaks English on advanced and Turkish on native.
